As a waitlist member, you’ll receive priority placement and notifications about available dogs that match your preferences—ensuring you don’t miss out on the perfect companion.

Next, you’ll have a one-on-one conversation with our Puppy Placement Specialist—who is also one of our professional trainers and has worked hands-on with each dog. This allows us to get a clearer picture of your needs, lifestyle, and preferences, while also giving you insight into the unique personalities and progress of the dogs in our program. With their firsthand knowledge, our specialist will guide you through the options and help you consider dogs or puppies that are truly the best fit for your family.

At this stage, we may have several dogs or puppies that would be a great fit based on your preferences and needs. To support you in this exciting step, we offer video calls/virtual Meet & Greets, giving you the chance to see each dog’s personality in action and ask questions in real time. If you’d prefer to meet in person, we also welcome visits to our facility by appointment. Whether online or onsite, we’re here to guide you through the selection process and help you find the perfect fit.

Before your puppy heads home, we’ll finalize all the details to ensure a smooth transition. While we prefer in-person pickup at our facility to welcome you and your new companion, we understand that may not always be feasible. To accommodate your needs, we offer a variety of delivery options, including ground transportation and flight options, so your puppy can arrive safely and comfortably no matter the distance.

Whether you’re picking up your new puppy in person or having them delivered through our safe and reliable transport options, we’re committed to making the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Before their journey, every puppy receives a comprehensive veterinary exam, an up-to-date health certificate, and a professional grooming session to ensure they arrive healthy, happy, and ready to start their new life with you.
