For their first day home
Your new family member will come home with all of the following:
- Personal bag for your puppy’s belongings
- Transition bag of Pro Plan Sport for your puppy to continue, or to assist with transitioning to a different food
- Personally picked toy for your puppy
- Clicker to assist with continuing clicker training with your puppy, if you so choose
- Fitted collar for your puppy, with identification tag(s) attached before they go home
- Matching leash
- Microchip information (Included instructions and information on their prepaid registration)
- All medical records needed for your puppy
- Available extras: Life’s Abundance (3 and 8lb. bags), Pro Plan (6lb. bag), Grade A non-bleached Elk Antlers, Kong enrichment toys, Pebble Smart doggie doorbell, Barktini Blends Shampoo and Spritzers, Retriever crates, airline (in cabin) crates, and SiliDog Tags.

You’re welcome to visit us in person and pick up your puppy directly from our state-of-the-art location. We’d love to meet you!
Flight Options
Your puppy can travel by air either:
In-Cabin: Accompanied by a flight nanny for a personal, hands-on travel experience.
Cargo: Safely transported via airline pet cargo services, with all necessary care and coordination.
Ground Transport
We partner with trusted, professional couriers who will deliver your puppy to your door by vehicle, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
